  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed with the original method of payment.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and include, but are not limited to:

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and return a portion of your purchase, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the item you want in exchange. This ensures that your exchange is processed as quickly as possible.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipping is not insured.
